Description / Scope of Work
National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) invites competitive bids for renovation and maintenance work of NBP Uthal Branch (0109) located in Gwadar region, Sindh province. This procurement is conducted under the National Standard Bidding Documents for Procurement of Works using a Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per PPRA Rule 36(a). The bidding process follows the Public Procurement Regulatory Framework and is facilitated through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) as defined in E-PAK Procurement Regulation, 2023.
Bidders must be eligible as per the criteria specified in the bidding documents and must submit all required qualifications and licenses. A bid security instrument is mandatory and must be submitted along with the completed bidding documents and all responsive documentation. Interested bidders should review the technical specifications, drawings, bill of quantities, and schedule of requirements provided in Section VI of the bidding documents. All bidding documents, bid security instruments, and supporting documents must be submitted and uploaded on PPRA's EPADS Portal before the close of bid submission time on 18 June 2026. The bid opening procedure will be conducted in accordance with PPRA regulations. Bidders should obtain complete bidding documents from the procuring agency and carefully review all sections including general conditions of contract, special conditions of contract, and standard forms.
