Description / Scope of Work
The District Administration Khanewal invites e-bids from firms and sole proprietors registered with relevant authorities for procurement and hiring of services related to surveillance equipment, CCTV cameras, walkthrough gates, and transportation during the upcoming Muharram ul Haram, Chehlam Imam Hussain, Eid Milad un Nabi, Christmas, and other events during the financial year 2026-27 in Khanewal, Punjab. The procurement is conducted according to Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024 and PPRA Rules 2014 as amended. The estimated cost of procurement is provided in the bidding documents with bid security set at 2 percent of the estimated cost, to be deposited accordingly.
