Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority invites sealed bids from reputed firms registered under Income Tax and Sales Tax Act for the procurement and installation of air conditioning units at DA Marina Club in Karachi, Sindh. The tender covers three categories of equipment: three units of 4.0 ton inverter floor standing AC units, one unit of 2.0 ton inverter floor standing AC unit, and one unit of 2.0 ton inverter wall mounted split AC unit. This is a comprehensive installation project managed by the Executive Director Procurement at the organisation's headquarters in Phase-1, DHA Karachi.
Eligible bidders must be registered under Income Tax and Sales Tax regulations. Tender documents with detailed specifications and technical requirements are available upon submission of a written application to the office of the undermentioned authority. A tender fee of PKR 1,000 is required in the form of a pay order made payable to Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority (Non-Refundable). DHA reserves the right to reject any or all tenders under existing rules and regulations.
Sealed bids must reach the office by 17 June 2026 at 1030 hours. The bids will be opened on the same date at 1100 hours.
