Bank of Khyber, a premier financial institution operating in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, invites bids for the procurement and development of framework contract rules of procedure. This tender, reference BOK/Proc/CBG/15/May/2026, encompasses the drafting and finalization of comprehensive KPRA Rules of Procedure to govern the bank's procurement activities and internal framework mechanisms. The scope includes single-stage two-envelope bidding process with detailed procurement guidelines and consulting services across the KPK region.
