Description / Scope of Work
The University of Education, Lahore, invites tenders for two significant engineering and renovation projects under TENDER NOTICE-09 FY (2025-26) through the E-Tendering system in compliance with Punjab PPRA rules. Lot-1 involves improvement and renovation of Warden House at UE Township Campus with an estimated cost of Rs. 17,82,356 and a completion period of 45 days. Lot-2 comprises establishment of aluminum partition-based faculty offices (11 number) in the Division of Education Building first floor at UE Township Campus, Lahore, with an estimated cost of Rs. 2,490,347 and a 30-day completion timeline. Both projects are located in Punjab province at the UE Township Campus in Lahore.
Eligible participants must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category (C-6 or above) with valid licenses, and must also register on the Punjab PPRA website at www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. Bidders are required to submit earnest money as a CDR or Bank Guarantee equivalent to 2 percent of the estimated cost (Rs. 35,647 for Lot-1 and Rs. 49,807 for Lot-2) in favor of the Treasurer University of Education, Lahore. Original CDR documents must be physically submitted to the Senior Engineer office half an hour before the tender opening, and submission of false documents will result in disqualification and blacklisting.
All bids must be filled and uploaded on the Punjab PPRA e-procurement website up to half an hour before the tender opening scheduled for 18-06-2026 at 11:30 A.M. in the Admin Block II Meeting Room.
