Pakistan Sports Board, an autonomous body operating under the administrative control of the Ministry of Inter Provincial Coordination, Government of Pakistan, invites Request for Proposals (RFP) from registered firms for the Design, Finance, Build, Operate and Transfer of Multi-Purpose Sports and Recreation Facilities at PB Coaching Centre Karachi under BOT/DBFOT Public Private Partnership (PPP) Mode and the Swiss Challenge Method. This is a significant infrastructure development project with substantial scope and investment value, aimed at modernizing sports facilities in Karachi, Federal province. The tender seeks proposals from qualified entities capable of managing the complete lifecycle of facility development and operations. All detailed tender documents and proposals will be made available on the PSB website for interested bidders to review and download.
Eligible bidders must be registered with Tax Authorities and possess the necessary financial and technical credentials to undertake a project of this magnitude. A bid security of Rs. 20,000,000/- (refundable) in the form of a CDR or Pay Order must be submitted in the name of Pakistan Sports Board before the opening of bids. Bidders without valid bid security will have their proposals declared non-responsive. The Director General, Pakistan Sports Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers wholly or partially as per PPRA rules.
