Cadet College Petaro invites sealed bids for the leasing of four commercial spaces within the college premises in Jamshoro, Sindh. The tender includes leasing of a bakery shop with bid security of Rs 50,000, a butcher shop with bid security of Rs 30,000, a college canteen with bid security of Rs 250,000, and a grocery and general store with bid security of Rs 250,000. The tender fee for butcher shop and canteen is Rs 2,000 each, payable through bank orders or demand drafts drawn in favor of the Principal, Cadet College Petaro. Bid validity is 90 days from the date of opening.
Eligibility criteria require that bidders must be validly registered with tax authorities and meet eligibility criteria as provided in tender documents. Bid security must accompany the financial proposal in the form of a bank pay order or demand draft drawn on a nationalized bank in favor of Cadet College Petaro. Conditional and telegraphic bidders will be rejected, and bids not accompanied by required bid security will not be considered. Additionally, bids from blacklisted firms or those received after the specified closing date and time will be rejected.
Bidding documents are available for collection from 5th June 2026 to 22nd June 2026 from the Office of the Bursar, Cadet College Petaro, Jamshoro, during office hours 0900 to 1200. Submission of bids shall be made at the Conference Hall, Cadet College Petaro, District Jamshoro, on or before 23rd June 2026 at 1100 hours. Bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 hours.
