Description / Scope of Work
The Public Health Engineering Division, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids from eligible firms and contractors holding specialization code CT-09 in accordance with KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 for emergency restoration of flood damages to drinking water supply schemes across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa under single stage single envelope procedure. The tender comprises 29 water supply schemes totaling estimated cost of approximately 75.26 million Pakistani rupees with individual scheme values ranging from 0.30 million to 8.80 million rupees. Projects are located at various sites including WSS Doon Serai, WSS Doog Payeen, WSS Kallo, WSS Biar, WSS Kotki Sahib Abad, WSS Mathar, WSS Karpat, WSS Thall-II, WSS Guldai Dara, WSS Zakria Sarbala, WSS Jillar, WSS Sheringal, WSS Gujaro Kili Bilachand, WSS Sarbat Payenn, WSS Ganshall Bala, WSS Ganshall Payeen, WSS Illar Gamdat, WSS Tarpatar, WSS Samkot, WSS Barkland, WSS Badalai Payeen, WSS Lamooti, WSS Badar Kanal, WSS LarDoog, WSS Doon Bala, WSS Berarai, WSS Karkabanj and WSS Rambial throughout the province.
Eligible firms and contractors must be registered with KP Revenue Authority with active status and must possess relevant specialization codes as per KPPRA requirements. Bidders are required to submit bid security and additional security as per KPPRA Notification No. S.R.O (14) /Vol: 1-24/2021-22/6058-71 dated 10-05-2022. A non-refundable bidding entry fee at the rate of Rs. 0.03 percent of estimated cost must be submitted along with the bid as call deposit.
Interested firms and bidders must register themselves on the EPADS portal at https://eprocure.gov.pk and download or submit tender documents through the same platform. The last date and time for submission of bids is 22-06-2026 at 12:00 P.M, which will be opened on the same day at 12:00 P.M in the presence of Government Contractors and Firms or their authorized representatives who opt to be present.
