Procurement of goods and services for VVIP movements, security and events by Deputy Commissioner Bahawalpur

The Deputy Commissioner, Bahawalpur invites electronic bids on a lot basis for the procurement of goods, items and services required for various events during the year 2026-27. The scope includes six separate lots covering tentage and event management, security related items and services, CCTV cameras installation for events, boarding and lodging, transportation, and food and beverages. These procurements are intended to support VVIP movements and visits, security and protocol arrangements, and other events such as jeep rallies throughout Bahawalpur. The estimated total contract value ranges from 5 to 10 million rupees per lot, reflecting the diverse nature of services required for conducting high-profile events and activities in the region.

Eligibility is open to firms, companies, sole proprietors, and general order service providers engaged in trading and registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax. Each bidder must submit e-bids against each lot separately, as contracts will be awarded separately for each lot. Bid security in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Pay Order must accompany each bid in the name of Deputy Commissioner, Bahawalpur, with fixed amounts ranging from 0.1 to 0.2 million rupees depending on the lot. The bidding process follows a single stage two envelope procedure.

Complete e-bids must be submitted online through the e-Procurement System (EPADS) portal at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk by 20th June 2026 at 12:00 PM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 12:30 PM. Original bid security instruments must be submitted in a clearly marked envelope at the Procurement Office, Deputy Commissioner Office Bahawalpur, before the e-bid submission deadline.
