Punjab Land Records Authority (PLRA) invites competitive bids for the renovation of the conference hall at its head office located in Lahore, Punjab. The project is procured under Single Stage One Envelope (SSOE) bidding procedure as per reference PLRA/PROC/CONF-HALL/06/2026. This renovation work encompasses the refurbishment and modernisation of the conference facility to enhance functionality and aesthetic appeal of PLRA's primary office premises in Lahore. The bidding document comprises comprehensive technical specifications, architectural drawings, and detailed scope of work for qualified contractors interested in undertaking this renovation project.
Bidders must meet specified eligibility criteria and possess relevant experience in similar construction and renovation projects.
