Description / Scope of Work
The Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education, Sahiwal invites sealed competitive bids for the procurement of Consumable IT Items, specifically Color Toners for OKI Pro 9431 printers, under Reference No. 1240/Store for the Financial Year 2025-26. This procurement is conducted in Punjab province through the Single Stage – Two Envelope Bidding Procedure in compliance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (PPR-14) and the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Act, 2009 (PPRA Act-09). The bidding process emphasizes the principle of Value for Money, ensuring economy, efficiency, transparency, and fairness in the award of contract. All bids must be submitted exclusively through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS); no alternative bidding methods will be accepted.
Eligible bidders must comply with all technical specifications for the OKI Pro 9431 color toners as detailed in Section III of the Standard Bidding Documents. Bidders are required to submit bid security as specified in the Bid Data Sheet and must meet all preliminary examination requirements, including valid registration and tax compliance documentation as per PPRA guidelines. Only bids from persons or entities meeting the eligibility criteria outlined in the Instructions to Bidders (ITB) section shall be considered, and each bidder may submit only one bid to prevent collusion and maintain procurement integrity.
Interested bidders may obtain the complete Standard Bidding Documents from the procuring agency or through the EPADS portal. All bids must be sealed, marked, and submitted through EPADS before the deadline of 15 June 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bid opening will occur on the same date following submission. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, vary quantities at the time of award, or re-bid if necessary.
