Description / Scope of Work
The Buildings Sub Division, District Vehari, invites sealed bids for maintenance and repair works to the Government Special Education Center (Secondary Level) at Burewala, Vehari, Punjab. The project encompasses comprehensive renovation and repair activities across the main building, multipurpose hall, boundary wall raising, and garages. Work scope includes dismantling and demolition of encaustic glazed tiles and plain cement concrete, removal of windows with skylights and doors with chowkats, reinforced cement concrete works for roof slabs and structural members, brick masonry, false ceiling installation with gypsum board, and various flooring applications including porcelain glazed tiles, ceramic tiles, mosaic dado, and prepolished granite. The project duration is from 01 January 2026 to 30 June 2026, with detailed bills of quantities provided for all major construction and finishing items.
Qualified contractors and construction firms registered with relevant authorities are eligible to participate. Bidders must possess valid contractor registration and licenses as required by government procurement regulations. A bid security deposit as per tender requirements must be submitted along with the bid documents. Standard eligibility criteria apply regarding experience in similar maintenance and repair projects and financial capacity to execute the work.
