Description / Scope of Work
The University of Health Sciences, Lahore invites bids for the procurement of IT and audio visual equipment for the Shams Auditorium at City Campus. This tender, referenced as UHS/PUR/R&M/26/329, covers six lots totaling PKR 24,821,439 and includes display systems using LED and large format displays, audio and visual conference and sound reinforcement systems, projection systems, IT networking and surveillance systems with CCTV, network switches, and online UPS units. All items are offered as turn-key solutions to be installed and commissioned at the auditorium in Lahore, Punjab.
Eligible bidders must be sole proprietors, manufacturers, authorized distributors, or authorized dealers registered with relevant tax authorities including Income Tax and Sales Tax. Bidders are required to submit bids following single-stage two-envelope procedures as per PPRA Punjab Rule 38(2)(a). A refundable bid security of 2 percent of the estimated amount for each lot must be provided in the form of bank guarantee or CDR drawn in favor of the Treasurer, University of Health Sciences, Lahore. Bid validity must be maintained for 120 days from submission.
Bidding documents are available on the UHS website at www.uhs.edu.pk and the PPRA Punjab website at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Bids can only be quoted on EPADS, PPRA Punjab portal by 03:00 PM on 17 June 2026. The tender will be opened at 03:30 PM on the same day by the Tender Committee in the presence of participating firm representatives. The procurement will be governed by PPRA Punjab rules, and the procuring agency retains the right to disqualify suppliers if submitted information is found to be false, inaccurate, or incomplete.
