Description / Scope of Work
The University of Gujrat invites sealed bids for outsourcing of main cafeteria services at Hafiz Hayat Campus, covering an area of 7,200 square feet (covered) plus constructed shaded area and adjacent lawn. The estimated cost of this tender is PKR 22,226,371. The tender reference is UOGDP/2025-26/FBS/03. This procurement is open to all reputable firms registered with relevant authorities and the tax department with active taxpayer profiles and adequate experience in cafeteria operations and food services management.
Bidders must be registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Department for Income Tax and Sales Tax (GST) purposes with active taxpayer status. Eligible bidders shall not be blacklisted by any government department, autonomous bodies, or the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA). They must fulfill minimum qualification criteria and shall not have conflicts of interest. Bidders shall not be bankrupt, insolvent, or convicted of offences involving professional conduct. Technical bids must be accompanied by 2% bid security in the form of CDR, Demand Draft, or Pay Order in favor of the Treasurer, University of Gujrat.
Bid documents are available from the University of Gujrat website (www.uog.edu.pk) and the Punjab e-Procurement portal (www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk). Sealed bids must be submitted through the e-procurement system no later than 23 June 2026 at 1:00 PM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 1:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. All procedures shall be conducted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Authority Act 2009 and Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended).
