Cadet College Petaro, located in District Jamshoro, Sindh, invites e-bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for the supply of live broiler birds to the cadets mess. This is one of fourteen procurement items announced by the institution on 3rd June 2026. The procurement follows a National Competitive Bidding procedure with single-stage, one-envelope bidding methodology. Interested and experienced firms registered with EPADS, tax authorities, and other relevant bodies are eligible to participate. Bidding documents are available for download from the SPPRA EPADS portal at https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/ from 5th June 2026 to 22nd June 2026 up to 1000 hours. The tender fee is PKR 2,500 (non-refundable) payable through bank draft or pay order drawn in favor of the Principal, Cadet College Petaro, or in cash at HBL Petaro during office hours.
Bidders must submit a bid security in the form of a valid bank draft or pay order as specified in the bid data sheet, accompanied by a scanned photograph uploaded to EPADS. Conditional and telegraphic bids will be rejected, as will bids lacking mandatory documents or bid security of the required amount and form. Bids from blacklisted firms are not acceptable unless current status shows de-listing. Eligible and qualified bidders meeting all criteria and documentation requirements may proceed with submission.
Prospective bidders must upload their bids on EPADS up to 1100 hours on 22nd June 2026 along with scanned photographs of valid bank drafts and proof of tender fee payment. Bid opening will occur on the same day at 1200 hours at the Conference Hall, Cadet College Petaro, District Jamshoro, Sindh. Bids will be accepted only through EPADS; no physical tenders will be accepted. The bid validity period is 90 days.
