Description / Scope of Work
The US Embassy Islamabad invites quotations from qualified contractors for the design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a complete stainless steel kitchen hood system integrated with ANSUL R-102 fire suppression system. The scope of work includes HVAC integration with supply and exhaust fans, ducting installation, manual pull station, emergency shutdown system, fire alarm integration and commissioning by an authorized ANSUL service provider. The kitchen hood must comply with UL 710 and NFPA 96 standards and be recognized by ETL Sanitation Listed with ETL Listed File 3054804-001. The fire suppression system must comply with NFPA 96, NFPA 17A for wet chemical systems and UL 300 listing standard. Delivery is required within 15 to 20 days of purchase order approval at the US Embassy Diplomatic Enclave Ramna 5 Islamabad, with deliveries accepted Monday to Friday from 09:00 a.m. to 03:30 p.m. only.
Prospective bidders must be vendors dealing in similar trade with genuine products, competitive pricing and reliable delivery timelines. Bidders are required to participate in a pre-bid site visit scheduled for June 12, 2026, with names of not more than two persons per firm to be submitted by June 09, 2026. All participating personnel must provide CNIC copies and vehicle registration or driving license documentation for access to the diplomatic enclave. Quotations must include complete specifications, weblinks if available and clear images of offered items. Payment will be processed through EFT within 30 days of receipt of correct invoice and satisfactory delivery upon completion of acceptable work as per the Statement of Work.
Quotations must be submitted electronically to TaqiSM@state.gov and AqeelM@state.gov with subject line Quotation for RFQ 19PK3326Q1029 no later than June 17, 2026 close of business. Vendors must notify the Embassy at least three working days prior to delivery and provide complete documentation for all personnel and vehicles including CNIC copies, biometric verification forms, driver's licenses and vehicle registration. Vendors must arrange their own manpower for offloading activities and comply with all local laws and regulations.
