Frontier Corps Teaching Hospital KP invites sealed competitive bids from self-engaged and interested bidders across the country for the purchase of general items, medical equipment, and surgical disposable items. The procurement is advertised under a two-envelope procedure on DAP/DDP basis, with all bids required to reach the office of the undersigned through mail courier services by the deadline of 10:00 AM. The tender covers three main categories: CSSD Laundry Equipment with two percent CDR/BG opening on 18 June 2026, ICU/HDU NICU/PICU Equipment with two percent CDR/BG opening on 18 June 2026, and Purchase of Medicines Surgical Disposal Items with two percent CDR/BG opening on 19 June 2026. This procurement is issued by the Frontier Corps Teaching Hospital located in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province and represents significant investment in healthcare infrastructure and medical supplies.
Participating vendors must have a current year production certificate duly endorsed by the concerned OEM. NTN Certificate for CFY must be provided and all taxes will be duly deducted as per government rules. A non-refundable amount of Rs. 5,000 (five thousand rupees) in cash must be deposited at the counter for each undermentioned category of equipment as a bid security. The rates approved will remain effective till 30th June 2026. All bidders are encouraged to quote until price of each item and are required to provide technical bids and financial bids in separate envelopes. Technical bid and financial bid should be enclosed in separate envelopes, all binders should be enclosed in separate envelopes along with soft copy of bid documents. Details of medical equipment must be mentioned in respective envelopes.
Bid documents can be collected from Frontier Corps Teaching Hospital KP with a cash deposit of non-refundable payment of Rs. 5,000. The incoming participants parties should submit the CDR of prescribed amount as shown against various tender heads on the name of Commandant Frontier Corps Teaching Hospital KP. The bids will be opened at 10:00 AM in presence of Purchase and Procurement committee and participating representatives with following. IGFC KP(N)/Representative committee reserves the right to reject any or all the bids at any time without giving sufficient reasons for rejection. That of any form will not be accepted if found in any case dispute with tender laws or provincial institute. NAB in any court neither any conditional bid.
