The Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Limited (PPCBL), headquartered at Bank Square in Shahrah-e-Quaid-e-Azam, Lahore, invites proposals from reputed insurance companies for the provision of multiple insurance categories effective from 01 July 2026 to 30 June 2027. The bank seeks comprehensive coverage including group life insurance for over one thousand employees, motor cycle finance insurance against staff vehicles, life insurance against staff house building finance, and solar finance insurance. Additionally, bidders must demonstrate registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and maintain a minimum A rating from a reputable rating agency in Pakistan. This procurement is intended to safeguard the bank's workforce and assets across Lahore and the Punjab province.
Eligible insurance companies must provide proof of at least five years of experience in offering similar services to public interest organizations. Applicants are required to submit a complete company profile, documentation of SECP registration with minimum A rating, portfolio of clients, and details demonstrating regional presence and expertise across different regions of Pakistan. Companies may apply for single or multiple insurance categories, with separate sealed envelopes required for each category application. All bidders must be registered with SECP and possess the requisite minimum rating from a recognized rating agency operating in Pakistan.
Interested insurance companies should visit PPCBL's Head Office at Bank Square during weekday office hours to obtain the Request for Proposal (RFP) document containing employee details. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted on or before 20 June 2026 to the address provided. Sealed envelopes marked with the category of insurance shall be opened at 3:30 pm on 22 June 2026 at the Head Human Resource Division.
