Punjab Transport Company invites International Competitive Bidding for Prequalification of experienced, reputable firms and Original Equipment Manufacturers to participate in the procurement process for manufacturing and supply of approximately seventy electric buses. The project titled Induction of Eco-Friendly Buses in Lahore Division is located in Lahore, Punjab, and involves the supply of nine-meter and twelve-meter urban/city buses along with associated slow and fast chargers, spare parts, diagnostic equipment, and all support services as detailed in the Prequalification Document. The scope encompasses warranty periods and comprehensive after-sales support services for the successful awardee.
Eligible applicants must be experienced and registered Original Equipment Manufacturers or firms with proven track records in bus manufacturing. Interested manufacturers are required to submit complete Prequalification Applications electronically via the PPRA Portal and Disposal System by 1100 hours PST on Thursday, July 09, 2026. Applicants must register on the PPRA Portal for guidance and support, and the Punjab Transport Company reserves the right to reject any application at any time prior to acceptance. Only prequalified firms and manufacturers will be invited for submission of Technical and Financial Bids in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
