The Tehsil Municipal Officer TMA Dera Ismail Khan, KPK is inviting quotations from manufacturer firms and authorized dealers for the supply of sanitation machinery through the EPAD system. Three items are being procured: supply of 02 Nos Tractors 85HP with front load back hoe as per standard specification, supply of 06 Nos Tractors 65HP with Hydraulic Trolley as per standard specification, and supply of 05 Nos Mini Tipper with standard specification. The tender references are K-2606062510, K-2606062513, and K-2606062514 respectively. This procurement is for Dera Ismail Khan, a major city in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
Eligibility requirements mandate that all manufacturer firms and authorized dealers must be registered with FBR, Income Tax, and Sales Tax with active status. Bidders are required to attach relevant tax documents and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements. Call deposit equivalent to 2% of the bid amount in the form of earnest money in the name of the undersigned must accompany the quotation. Quotations without the required call deposit will not be entertained.
Quotations should be received after the due date and time as specified, with no late submissions entertained. Quotations must be submitted either personally or through registered post in a sealed envelope marked as Quotation for supply of items to the office of the undersigned. The quotation opening will be conducted on 7-7-26 in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The successful bidder will be required to supply items within 30 days of supply order issuance, with failure to meet the stipulated period resulting in forfeiture of earnest money.
