Description / Scope of Work
The Deputy Commissioner Mardan invites sealed bids for the procurement, supply, installation and commissioning of IT equipment for sub-offices under the tender reference DCM/2026/IT. The procurement scope includes laptops for data management and software maintenance, standard laptops, desktop PCs, laser printers, multi-function printers, photocopier machines, biometric readers, professional book scanners, and smart LED displays in 75-inch and 85-inch sizes with advanced specifications including full-array mini-LED backlighting, 4K UHD resolution, and integrated smart home hub functionality. The procuring entity is the Deputy Commissioner Mardan in collaboration with the District Administration of Mardan located in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, issued under KP-PPRA Rules 2014 as amended.
Bidders must be eligible, reputable, and financially sound firms or companies duly registered with relevant tax authorities in Pakistan. The procurement shall be conducted through single stage, one envelope open competitive bidding method using Pakistan Rupees as the bid currency. All bids must comply with KP-PPRA Rules 2014 and applicable directives issued by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bidders are required to submit sealed bids containing all required documentation and technical compliance information.
Sealed bids must be submitted to the Office of the Deputy Commissioner Mardan, District Administration Mardan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on or before 07 July 2026 at 11:00 AM.
