Description / Scope of Work
The University of Turbat, through its Directorate of Planning and Development, invites bids for roof treatment work on academic buildings, seminar halls, and SLT buildings located in Balochistan. This fixed-price contract requires contractors to undertake comprehensive roof treatment services on existing structures within the university campus. Bidders must visit the site to take actual measurements and understand the exact work content and site conditions before submitting their quotations. The project involves work in existing working areas, and contractors must fully comprehend site constraints and operational requirements during execution.
Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and possess valid PEC registration where applicable. Contractors are required to submit a turnover statement and experience statement demonstrating their capability. A bid security of the prescribed amount and form is mandatory, and bids without proper security will be rejected. Bidders must fill the printed tender form stating the percentage above or below the scheduled rates in the Bill of Quantities. All bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS only; manual bids will not be accepted. Eligibility criteria include registration with tax authorities, PEC registration, and compliance with all codal requirements specified in the NIT and bidding documents.
Interested contractors must obtain complete bidding documents from the Directorate of Planning and Development, University of Turbat, which include conditions of contract, contract data, specifications, Bill of Quantities, Form of Agreement, and drawings. All bids must be uploaded on EPADS before the submission deadline of 20 June 2026. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all tenders in accordance with PPRA and BPPRA regulations and PEC rules. All work will be measured using standard instruments according to established rules.
