Description / Scope of Work
National Grid Company Pakistan Limited (NGCP) invites sealed bids for the repair and maintenance of an A-Type bungalow located at the 220KV Grid Station Ravi in Lahore, Punjab. This is a single-stage two-envelope tender process floated under NGCP's own resources. The project scope encompasses comprehensive repair and maintenance work on the residential bungalow infrastructure at the grid station facility. Tender reference number DM/CIVIL/T-03 2025-26 has been issued by the Office of Deputy Manager (Civil), AM-North NGC, Lahore.
Bidders must meet standard NGCP eligibility criteria and possess relevant experience in building repair and maintenance works. A valid contractor registration certificate and proof of technical capability are required. Bidders must submit a bid security as specified in the Bid Data Sheet. All bids must be submitted in two separate envelopes containing commercial and technical documents respectively, as per the tender requirements.
