Description / Scope of Work
The Municipal Committee 18-Hazari invites electronic bids from qualified contractors and firms for the construction of a sullage carrier on Layyah Road in 18-Hazari city, Jhang district, Punjab, Pakistan. The project has an estimated cost of PKR 3,000,000 with a completion period of one month. All bidders must be registered on E-PADS as per PPRA Regulations 2024 and must be active filers and tax payers with FBR/NTN and PNTN registration. The procurement follows a single stage single envelope bidding method as per Government of Punjab and PPRA guidelines.
Eligible contractors must submit original bid security of five percent of the bid amount in the form of CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Banker Cheque made payable to the Chief Officer Municipal Committee 18-Hazari. Bidders are required to quote rates against each individual item in the DNIT/BOQ without using percentage forms, and must completely fill all covering pages, rate analysis sheets, summary, and sub-summary sections. Incomplete financial bids with blank entries, unfilled items, or unsigned and unstamped documents will be rejected as non-responsive. Performance guarantee up to ten percent will be required upon contract award, acceptable in the form of CDR, Pay Order, Bank Draft, or Bank Guarantee valid for three months beyond completion.
Bidding documents are available for free download from the PPRA website www.eprocure.gov.pk. Electronic bids must be uploaded on E-PADS by 20 June 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same date at 11:30 AM. Original bid security must be submitted to the tender opening committee on or before the submission deadline.
