Description / Scope of Work
IESCo Civil Division (Islamabad Electric Supply Company) invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for the special repair and maintenance of Bungalow No. 7-F in Islamabad, Federal Territory. This civil works procurement is referenced as NIT 227 and will be executed under funds reserved for FY 2026-27. The project follows a Single Stage-One Envelope bidding process using Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. Detailed work specifications, scope of work, and market rates are provided in the comprehensive bidding documents available on EPADS v2.0.
Bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/ to participate in this procurement. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of Pay Order, Call at Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Eligibility criteria and evaluation standards are clearly outlined in the tender documents provided on EPADS v2.0.
E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, June 22, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with electronic opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM.
