Description / Scope of Work
IESCo Civil Division (Islamabad Electric Supply Company) invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for the special repair of Flat No. D-004 located at 132KV Grid Sub-Station in Satellite Town, Islamabad. This is a civil works procurement under the FY 2026-27 reserved fund allocation. The project will be executed using the Single Stage-One Envelope method adopting Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) Technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. The bidding process will be conducted entirely through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform.
All eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate in this procurement. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit, or Demand Draft as specified in the Bid Data Sheet, alternatively a bid securing declaration in the prescribed format may be submitted. Bidders are required to meet the eligibility criteria and evaluation criteria as detailed in the bidding documents, which include relevant experience, technical capability, and financial stability to undertake civil repair works.
E-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available on the EPADS platform at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Bidders must submit their electronic bids through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, June 22, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM.
