Description / Scope of Work
IESCo Civil Division (Islamabad Electric Supply Company) is inviting sealed bids for the repair and maintenance of Bungalow No 4-F in Islamabad. This civil works procurement is identified as Tender Reference 229 and is funded under the FY 2026-27 budget allocation. The project involves comprehensive repair works at the bungalow property located in Islamabad Capital Territory. The procurement will be conducted using a Single Stage-One Envelope approach with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004.
Eligible bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 to participate. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Call Deposit, or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Bidders should ensure they meet all eligibility requirements and possess the necessary civil works experience and credentials to undertake the repair project.
E-bidding documents containing comprehensive terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available on EPADS at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Interested bidders must submit their sealed bids through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, June 22, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bid opening will take place on the same day at 11:30 AM using EPADS v2.0.
