Description / Scope of Work
The International Rescue Committee (IRC) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders, companies, firms, and general order suppliers for the supply and delivery of furniture to schools in Districts Chaghi and Chaman, Balochistan. This procurement is part of an education project funded by the PATRIP Foundation aimed at rehabilitation and construction of schools across these districts in Balochistan. Interested eligible bidders can download the Standard Bidding Documents (SBDs) from www.brightspyre.com/rescue. The project scope encompasses furniture supply logistics to multiple school locations in Chaghi and Chaman districts.
Eligible bidders must meet all qualification criteria and registration requirements as outlined in the Standard Bidding Documents. Bidders are required to submit their best and final price offers in sealed bids, and no negotiations are expected after bid opening. Bid security and all compliance documentation must accompany the submission. Bidders should review the SBDs thoroughly and submit any clarification questions to SupplyChain.Pakistan@rescue.org by the specified deadline.
A pre-bid meeting will be held at IRC's Islamabad and Quetta offices on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at 11:00 hours as detailed in the SBDs. Sealed bids must be submitted by or before 15:00 hours on Thursday, June 25, 2026, to the IRC Islamabad office address provided in the bidding documents. IRC reserves the right to award the contract to a single bidder, split the contract as needed, reject any or all bids, and cancel the entire bidding process without assigning reasons.
