Description / Scope of Work
IESCo Civil Division, the civil works procurement arm of the Islamabad Electric Supply Company, invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for the special repair and maintenance of bungalow number 5-F located in Islamabad, Federal Territory. This civil works project is referenced as NIT 226 and forms part of the organization's planned procurement for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement will be conducted using a Single Stage-One Envelope methodology, applying the Least Cost Based Selection technique in compliance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and all applicable regulatory guidelines issued by the procurement authority.
All bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and must accompany their bids with bid security in the form of a pay order, call deposit, or bank guarantee, or alternatively submit a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Bidders should verify their eligibility status and possess necessary licenses and certifications required for civil construction and maintenance works. The bidding documents contain comprehensive terms, conditions, specifications, and technical requirements that form the legal basis of the contract.

Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, June 22, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with electronic opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bid submissions will not be accepted.
