Description / Scope of Work
The Capital Development Authority (CDA), Civil Division Aiwan-e-Sadr, Islamabad is inviting sealed bids for janitorial and cleaning services at Cabinet Block, Islamabad under a rate running contract for the financial year 2026-27. The estimated tender value is Rs. 13,188,400 (Rupees thirteen million one hundred eighty eight thousand four hundred only) with an earnest money deposit of Rs. 281,880. The contract period is for one year commencing from the date of execution. This procurement is for the supply and execution of comprehensive cleaning and janitorial maintenance services to ensure hygienic and well-maintained facilities at the Cabinet Block location in Islamabad, Federal Territory.
Eligible bidders must be registered contractors with relevant experience in janitorial and cleaning services. Bidders are required to submit their bids in the prescribed format along with supporting documents establishing their eligibility, qualifications, and financial capacity. Bidding security in the form of earnest money of Rs. 281,880 must accompany the bid submission. All bids must conform strictly to the bidding documents and instructions to bidders as provided by the authority.
