Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority City Karachi (DHAC) invites sealed bids under Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure for electrification works of water supply facilities including underground and overhead water tanks in Sector-1 and Sector-2 of DHA City Karachi, Sindh. This infrastructure project covers electrical installation and wiring works required for the proper functioning of water supply systems across designated sectors. The tender is re-invited following the initial notice published on 9 May 2026.
Eligible bidders must possess valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C6 or above, with relevant PEC codes CE-10 and EE-04. Contractors and firms must maintain Active Taxpayer status with both the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB). A tender document fee of Rs 5,000 (non-refundable) is payable as a Pay Order in favour of DHA City Karachi. Bid security equivalent to 2% of the bid amount must be submitted with the financial proposal in the form of a Pay Order.
Tender documents are available from the Design and Contracts Directorate, DHAC Karachi, located at Super Highway M-9, DHA City Karachi from 8 June 2026 during working hours upon submission of written request and valid PEC registration certificate. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 15 June 2026 at 1100 hours at the Main Conference Room. Sealed bids must be delivered by 22 June 2026 at 1430 hours, with technical proposal opening on the same day at 1500 hours. Financial proposals of technically qualified bidders will be opened on a date specified later.
