Description / Scope of Work
The Public Health Engineering Department (PHE Division Upper Chitral) under the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed bids through the EPADS portal for the construction of drinking water supply and sanitation schemes across multiple northern districts in KPK. The project covers fourteen distinct water supply and infrastructure development works in Chitral and adjacent areas, with a combined estimated cost of approximately 1.87 million Pakistani rupees and a tender value spanning various components. The schemes are being executed under ADP No. 1762251120 and will serve communities in Chitral Lower, Chitral Upper, Swat, Dir Upper, Dir Lower, Malakand, Buner, Shangla, Kohistan Upper, Kohistan Lower, Battagram, Mansehra, Torghar, Abbottabad, Kolai Pallas, and Haripur districts through 2025-26.
Bidders must be registered with the Provincial Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and code, and must hold valid enlistment with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPFRA). Bid security of two percent of the estimated cost (or additional security if required) must be submitted as a call deposit in original form before the closing date and time. Incomplete, conditional, or illegible bids with crossing, overwriting, or disfiguring shall be considered non-responsive and rejected at the discretion of the Procuring Entity.
Bid solicitation documents and bill of quantity forms can be downloaded from the official EPADS website, KPFRA portal, and PHED website. Bidders must submit sealed bids through EPADS on or before 23 June 2026 at 12:00 PM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 12:30 PM.
