Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (Pvt.) Ltd, located in Karachi, is inviting sealed bids for the supply of miscellaneous items for HP LaserJet M751 Printer under tender reference LP/T-2413/26/AA. This procurement is conducted through a single stage one envelope procedure and covers the supply of genuine HP supplies and components required for the maintenance and operation of HP LaserJet M751 printers. The tender specifies that all supplies must be genuine HP products with standard manufacturer warranty, and bidders must provide authorization certificates to demonstrate their status as authorized HP dealers.
Bidders must be authorized HP dealers and must attach a valid authorization certificate for genuine HP LaserJet M751 Printer supplies with their bid submission. All bids must include genuine HP supplies only, with standard warranty coverage as required. Non-compliance with the specified conditions, including failure to provide authorization documentation or submission of non-genuine supplies, will result in automatic rejection of the bid. Earnest money will be required from bidders, and unsuccessful bidders will have their earnest money returned within five days of posting the Final Evaluation Report on EPADS and PPRA portals.
