Description / Scope of Work
The Municipal Committee Chakwal invites sealed bids for the upgradation and improvement of the residence of the Chief Officer at Committee Bagh road in Chakwal. This tender, referenced as IPL-5699, involves construction and renovation work with an estimated cost of PKR 25,000,000 and a bid security requirement of PKR 1,250,000. The project is located in Chakwal, Punjab, and aims to enhance the official residential facilities through comprehensive upgradation and modernization works.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant authorities including PBDB, FBR, and Punjab Revenue Authority, with valid NTN and STRN certificates. Bidders are required to submit bid security in the form of a CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Banker's Cheque, with insurance bonds not accepted. The tender shall be governed by the Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024, and all procurement activities must comply with applicable legal and disciplinary frameworks. Disqualification from previous tenders and submission of fake or misleading documentation shall result in rejection.
Bid documents are available through the PPRA portal at e-PADS, with submission exclusively through the electronic platform. Bids must be uploaded as PDF files in accordance with Regulation 6(d) of PPRA Regulations 2024. The bid opening shall occur at 11:35 AM on the scheduled closing date at the office of the Municipal Committee Chakwal. Bids shall remain valid for 120 days from the date of opening. Single Stage - One Envelope bidding procedure shall be adopted, and all bids must be properly signed and stamped with figures and words quoted in both forms.
