The Cantonment Board Abbottabad Cantt in Abbottabad, KPK invites interested firms and individuals to participate in a public auction for the award of the annual parking fee collection contract for the financial year 2026-2027. The contract covers parking fee collection locations at Suzuki Stand, Kachari Road, and near a private school. The approved parking rates are set at 40 Rupees per small vehicle and 60 Rupees per large vehicle. The public auction is scheduled to take place on 27 June 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Cantonment Board office near CMI Mansehra Road. In the event of postponement, alternative auction dates are scheduled for 30 June 2026 and 01 July 2026. Bidders are required to submit an earnest money deposit of 500,000 Rupees in the form of a bank call deposit or pay order along with a copy of their CNIC. The successful bidder must pay twenty-five percent of the total bid as security immediately at the auction's conclusion.
Eligible bidders must hold valid business registration and relevant trade licenses as per regulatory requirements. Bidders should possess documented experience in supplying medicines and medical equipment to government health institutions. A bid security deposit is required as specified in the tender documents. Bidders must comply with all quality standards and regulatory certifications mandated by the Balochistan Health Department and relevant pharmaceutical authorities. Technical specifications and manufacturer certifications must be submitted with each bid application.
Bid documents are available for collection from the Balochistan Health Department offices during official working hours. Sealed bids must be submitted by the closing date of 29 June 2026 in the designated format. Technical and financial proposals will be opened on the specified date as per procurement rules.
