The Cantonment Board Abbottabad Cantt in Abbottabad, KPK invites interested firms, companies, and individuals to participate in a public auction for the award of the entry fee collection contract for Lady Garden for the financial year 2026-2027. The approved entry fee rate is set at 20 Rupees per person, while Pak Army personnel, Cantonment Board employees, disabled individuals, and senior citizens over 60 years of age are exempt. The public auction is scheduled for 29 June 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Cantonment Board office near CMI Mansehra Road. In case of cancellation, alternative auction dates are scheduled for 30 June 2026 and 01 July 2026. Bidders must submit a call deposit or pay order of 1,000,000 Rupees along with a copy of their CNIC to participate. The successful bidder must pay twenty-five percent of the total bid value immediately at the auction's conclusion and provide post-dated checks for the remaining balance.
Prospective bidders must hold valid business registration and tax registration certificates to participate. Bidders are required to submit bid security equivalent to two and one-half percent of the estimated tender value as per procurement regulations. Only technically qualified and financially sound organizations meeting the specified eligibility criteria are permitted to submit bids. Interested parties must obtain proof of publication and maintain compliance with all statutory requirements before submitting their tender proposals.
Bid documents are available for collection from the office of the Director General, Wildlife Department, KPK, during office hours. Sealed bids must be submitted by the closing date of June 29, 2026 at the designated office. Bid opening will be conducted on the same date after submission closure. All bidders are advised to review terms and conditions carefully, submit complete documentation, and address technical queries to the issuing authority prior to bid submission for clarification.
