Stand Construction for Pakistan Pavilion at SIAL 2026 Paris Food Festival

The Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP), through the Trade & Investment Section of the Embassy of Pakistan in Paris, invites sealed bids from stand construction companies for setting up the Pakistan Pavilion at the SIAL International Food Festival 2026 in Paris. The exhibition will be held from October 17th to 21st, 2026, and the project involves complete pavilion construction and setup at this prestigious international food festival. The tender is issued under reference number 3(3)/SIAL-2026-CSP and will follow the single stage-two envelope bidding procedure as per Pakistan's Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bidders must possess valid construction licenses, comprehensive insurance coverage, and necessary authorizations from French and EU exhibition centers.
