Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority (PDOHA) invites sealed bids for the uplifting of 9th Gizri Accommodation Phase IV in Karachi, Sindh. This project falls under PEC Category C6 & Above with specification code CE-10. The scope encompasses repair and rehabilitation works for military accommodation facilities in the 9th Gizri area. The tender is open to contractors with PFC registration for the financial year 2025-2026 and demonstrated experience in similar nature projects of comparable scale and complexity.
Eligible bidders must possess valid PFC (Pakistan Engineering Council) registration for year 25-26 and proven experience of similar repair and uplifting works. Sealed financial bids comprising one original and one copy must include evidence of prior similar project experience. The bid document fee is Rs. 2,000 (non-refundable), payable through Pay Order in favour of Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority Karachi. Bidders must be pre-qualified and registered contractors meeting the specified eligibility standards.
Bid documents are available from the office of Director D&C, PDOHA Head Office, 2-B East Street Phase-1, DHA Karachi-75500, from 10th June 2026 upon submission of written request and prescribed fees. Sealed financial bids must be submitted at D&C Directorate on or before 18th June 2026 by 1430 hours, with opening scheduled for 1500 hours on the same date in the presence of interested representatives.
