The Revamping Projects of Balochistan invites electronic bids for the execution of multiple revamping and infrastructure works at BMC Quetta Hospital and related facilities in Balochistan province. The procurement encompasses seven packages including revamping of BMC Quetta Hospital, Hospital Quetta revamping works, Ward H block upgrades, relocation of nursing college facilities, and semi-modular operation theatre construction, with a combined estimated contract value representing significant investment in healthcare infrastructure development across Quetta. The tender is advertised under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 with single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure.
Eligibility requirements mandate that bidders must be active taxpayers registered with the tax authorities, possess a current active tax payer list status from the Federal Board of Revenue, and meet minimum financial capacity stipulations of PKR 182,449,470 with documented registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council in appropriate categories. Bidders must submit bid security in the form of Bank Guarantees or Deposit at Risk at 2.5 percent of the estimated contract value, with all documents required to be genuine, notarized, and affidavit-supported with specified validity periods.
