Water & Power Development Authority (WAPDA) through its Chief Engineer (Power) GB at WAPDA Power Complex in Barotha-Attock, Punjab, invites electronic bids for the procurement of 06 numbers of 25KVA pole mounted distribution transformers for Power Channel Ghazi Barotha Attock on FCS basis. The total contract value is Rs. 135,000 as bid security requirement, with a completion period of sixty days from the date of issuance of the purchase order. This procurement is positioned in Punjab province and serves the critical power distribution infrastructure in the Attock region.
Eligible bidders must be bonafide manufacturers, authorized distributors, or suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and must be on the Active Tax Payers List (ATL) of FBR. Each bidder is required to furnish a Bid Security in original amounting to Rs. 135,000 in the form of CDR (Callable Deposit Receipt) in favour of Chief Engineer (Power) GB Barotha. The e-bidding documents are available on the EPADS platform at www.eprocure.gov.pk, and this advertisement is also published on PPRA and WAPDA websites.
Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS on or before 25 June 2026 at 1100 Hrs, with manual bids not accepted. Electronic bid opening will occur on the same day at 1130 Hrs in the Conference Room of Main Office Building, GB Power Complex Colony Barotha-Attock, in the presence of bidders' designated representatives. A single stage, one envelope procedure shall be followed.
