Islamabad Capital Territory Police invites sealed bids for stitching of uniform during Financial Year 2026-27 and 2027-28 under Tender Notice 08. This procurement is intended for higher services from registered firms and vendors with active NTN and STRN credentials. The Islamabad Police intends to contract competent uniform stitching services for the specified financial years. Bidding documents are available on the EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) platform at no cost. Issuance and submission of bids will be conducted through the EPADS e-procurement portal. All proposals must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of Bank Draft or Certified Deposit Receipt made in the name of the Assistant Inspector General of Police, Logistics, Islamabad. Interested bidders should note that Islamabad Police reserves the authority to decrease or increase quantities according to budget requirements.
Eligibility criteria require that sealed bids are invited only from firms and vendors with active NTN-STRN registration who may apply through EPADS (PPRA). Bidders must be registered with PPRA for e-procurement access on EPADS. All submissions must include proper bid security documentation as specified in the bidding documents, and bidders shall submit scanned copies of bid security on EPADS with original bank drafts or CDRs submitted to the General Branch office of AIG Logistics, Sector H-11, Islamabad before tender opening.
Bidding documents are accessible on EPADS at no charge. Interested bidders are required to submit their bids and proposals online through EPADS at https://eprocure.gov.pk and original bids or proposals must be submitted in hard copy to the General Branch office of AIG Logistics, Sector H-11, Islamabad before the opening date of 29 June 2026 (Monday) by 1100 Hours. Bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 Hours in the presence of bidders or their representatives at Central Police Office, Sector H-11, Islamabad.
