Description / Scope of Work
The Cantonment Board Peshawar, a division of the Military Lands & Cantonments Department, is inviting company profiles and financial proposals from qualified and reputed consultant and architect firms for hiring of consultant services during the financial year 2025-26 and 2026-27. The scope covers two main categories of architectural services: new residential cum commercial fund buildings, roads, water supply networks, sewerage networks and allied infrastructure projects; and architectural design, restoration and rehabilitation of existing buildings, roads, water supply networks, sewerage network improvements and beautification of green belts and chowks across Peshawar Cantonment. Applicants must be duly registered with the Income Tax Department as active taxpayers listed on the Federal Board of Revenue, and also registered with PCAT and PEC for eligibility to bid.
Eligibility requirements include valid registration certificates from PCAT and PEC, a list of permanent staff with relevant qualifications, equipment tools and IT gadgetries, a list of projects completed during the last five years covering IT architecture and infrastructure services, and a financial viability certificate issued by a scheduled bank. Firms must not be blacklisted by any organization and must obtain a copy of the bank certificate from the relevant bank. All applications must include proper company documentation, tax compliance proof, and professional registration credentials as specified in the Public Procurement Rules 2004.
Bid profiles and financial proposals will be opened on 29-06-2026 at 11:00 AM in the presence of consultants, architects and authorized representatives. Job descriptions and financial proposal forms are available for download from the office of the Cantonment Board Peshawar on Payment of 500 rupees per Rule 23(1) of the PPR 2004, or may be downloaded free of cost from www.ppra.org.pk.
