Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited, a gas transmission and distribution company, invites sealed bids from original manufacturers, authorized distributors, dealers, and suppliers registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and possessing valid Professional Tax Clearance Certificates. The tender is for the supply of one trolley for tractor with dimensions 14x8x2 inches. This procurement is being conducted under public procurement regulations and is referenced as tender enquiry LET/152/25 with a closing date of 29 June 2026. The bidding process is open to suppliers meeting the specified eligibility criteria and having active taxpayer status with the Federal Board of Revenue.
Bidders must possess valid Professional Tax Clearance Certificates and maintain active taxpayer registration. Bid security is required in the form of a bank draft, pay order, or bond issued by a scheduled bank of Pakistan valid for 120 days from the bid opening date. The earnest money requirement is Rs. 1,000 in the original form. All bids must be accompanied with hard copies as per bidding document requirements. Bids conforming to standards other than those quoted must include evidence that the standards are recognized and authoritative, ensuring equal or higher quality than specified.
Bidding documents are available for download from EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk for a fee of Rs. 1,000 payable through CDR or bank transfer. E-bids must be submitted through EPADS. Physical bids should reach the Procurement Department at 1st Floor, Gas House, 21 Kashmir Road, Lahore, on or before 06 January 2026 at 1430 hours (closing time). Bids will be publicly opened on the same day at 1500 hours. Bidders or their authorized representatives may attend the opening. Offers must remain valid for 90 days from the closing date.
