Islamabad Capital Territory Police, through its Office of the Assistant Inspector General of Police, Logistics, invites sealed bids for the procurement of anti-riot items and security surveillance equipment during financial year 2026-27. This tender notice number 06 seeks to equip the Islamabad Police force with essential riot control and surveillance apparatus to enhance public order and security operations across the federal capital territory. The procurement is open to registered firms and vendors with active NTN and STRN credentials who wish to participate in this government procurement exercise.
Bidders must be registered with PPRA (Pakistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority) for e-procurement on EPADS. All proposals must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of bank draft or CDR payable to the Assistant Inspector General of Police, Logistics, Islamabad. The bidders are required to submit scanned copies of bid security on EPADS, with original bank drafts or CDRs to be submitted to the General Branch office of the AIG Logistics at Sector H-11, Islamabad before tender opening. Only firms registered with PPRA for e-procurement on EPADS will have their bids received and evaluated. Islamabad Police reserves the right to decrease or increase the quantity of items according to budget requirements.
Bidding documents are available free of cost on EPADS at https://eprocure.gov.pk. Interested bidders must submit their bids and proposals online through EPADS, with original bids and proposals to be submitted in hard copy at the General Branch office of the AIG Logistics, Sector H-11, Islamabad before the opening date of 29th June 2026 (Monday) by 1100 hours. The bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of bidders or their representatives at Central Police Office, Sector H-11, Islamabad.
