Islamabad Capital Territory Police invites sealed bids for the procurement of quality engine oil for diesel, petrol vehicles and motorcycles during the financial year 2026-27. This tender notice (NIT #07) is issued by the Office of the Assistant Inspector General of Police, Logistics under the Islamabad Capital Territory Police. The procurement covers engine oils required for fleet maintenance operations in Islamabad. Bidders must be registered firms or vendors with active NTN/STRN and may apply through EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System). Bidding documents are available on the EPADS portal at no cost.
All proposals must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Bank Draft or CDR issued in the name of the Assistant Inspector General of Police, Logistics, Islamabad. Bidders shall submit a scanned copy of the bid security on EPADS and deliver the original bank draft to the General Branch office of the AIG Logistics, Sector H-11, Islamabad before the tender opening. Only bids received from firms registered with PPRA for e-procurement on EPADS will be accepted. Islamabad Police retains the authority to decrease or increase the quantity of items according to budget requirements.
Interested bidders must submit their bids and proposals online through EPADS at https://eprocure.gov.pk with original bids and proposals submitted to the General Branch office of the AIG Logistics, Sector H-11, Islamabad before the opening date of 29 June 2026 at 1100 hours. Bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the Central Police Office, Sector H-11, Islamabad.
