Islamabad Capital Territory Police seeks to procure uniform items, both stitched and unstitched, during the financial year 2026-27. This tender is issued by the Office of the Assistant Inspector General of Police, Logistics, under Tender Notice #02, and is open to reputed firms and vendors with active NTN and STRN registrations. The bidding documents are available free of cost on the EPADS e-procurement platform. Interested suppliers may apply through EPADS at https://erocure.gov.pk, with original bids and proposals also to be submitted in physical form at the General Branch office of AIG Logistics, Sector H-11, Islamabad.
Bidders must be registered with PPRA for e-procurement on EPADS to participate. All proposals must include bid security in the form of a Bank Draft or CDR made payable to the Assistant Inspector General of Police, Logistics, Islamabad, as detailed in the bidding documents. Scanned copies of bid security must be uploaded on EPADS, and original bank drafts must be submitted to the General Branch office before tender opening. Islamabad Police reserves the right to decrease or increase the quantity of items according to budget requirements.
Bid documents are obtainable from EPADS at no cost. Interested bidders are required to submit their bids and proposals online through EPADS and in person at the General Branch office of AIG Logistics, Sector H-11, Islamabad. The tender opening will take place on 26th June (Friday) at 11:00 Hours at the Central Police Office, Sector H-11, Islamabad, in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
