Description / Scope of Work
People's University of Medical & Health Sciences for Women Shaheed Benazirabad (PUMHSW) in Sindh invites consultancy proposals for the preparation of architectural, structural drawings, designs, engineer estimates and bills of quantities (BOQs) including detailed supervision for the construction of civil and MEP works. The project encompasses two major facilities: the College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan at the main campus in Benazirabad and the Peoples Institute of Dental & Oral Health Sciences at the new campus. This is a quality and cost-based selection (QCBS) method tender for comprehensive design and supervision services.
Consultant firms must possess relevant professional qualifications, experience in healthcare facility design, and demonstrated competency in preparing architectural and structural drawings for institutional buildings. Valid professional registrations and licenses from the relevant engineering bodies are required. Bidders must submit an integrity pact as part of their proposal documentation along with all mandatory compliance forms and technical credentials to establish technical and financial capability.
Technical proposals must be uploaded on or before 30 June 2026 at 1:30 PM, with opening scheduled for 2:00 PM the same day. The financial proposal is attached as Volume II and shall be evaluated separately under the QCBS method.
