Description / Scope of Work
The Regional Food Directorate Hyderabad invites electronic bids for transportation of wheat stocks under Crop-2025-26 for the financial year 2025-2026 and tender year 2026-2027 up to the period 28 February 2027. This procurement concerns the handling and transportation of wheat and bardana from various Work Programme Centers and Primary Reception Centres across designated districts in the Hyderabad region and other regions of Sindh province. The work involves lifting wheat bags with 100 percent weight verification from dispatch centers, proper stacking and handling, and delivery to Incharge Primary Reception Centers or government godowns of districts in Hyderabad Region as prescribed, with the contractor bearing full responsibility for en-route shortages and transit losses. The contract period extends up to 28 February 2027, and bidders must submit detailed route-wise quotations with specified security deposits as per the tender requirements outlined in the bidding documents and Notice Inviting Tender bearing reference F-Tender(Crop-2025)/2026-2027/378 dated 9 June 2026.
Eligibility criteria require interested parties to obtain bidding documents through the E-PAK Acquisition and Disposal System with a non-refundable payment of Rs. 5,000 via bank instrument payable to the Deputy Director Food Hyderabad Region. Bids must be submitted electronically through the E-PAK Acquisition and Disposal System under a two-envelope procedure, and bid security amounts are specified separately for transportation within the district and within the region as detailed in Annexure-A and Annexure-B respectively. Only registered or unregistered partnership firms with valid CNIC documentation are eligible to participate in this competitive bidding process.
Bid submission deadline is 29 June 2026 at 12:00 PM with bid opening scheduled for 12:30 PM on the same date. Bidders must submit electronic bids through the SPPRA E-PADS portal (http://eprocure.gov.pk) with separate bid security deposits for each designated route as specified in the tender documents.
