Description / Scope of Work
The Supreme Court of Pakistan invites sealed bids on an open competitive basis from registered firms and companies for the annual operation and maintenance of CCTV system and allied security equipments at the Supreme Court of Pakistan building in Islamabad. This one-year contract covers comprehensive security equipment management services at the constitutional headquarters located on Constitution Avenue, Islamabad, Federal province. The scope includes full operational support and preventive maintenance of all surveillance and security systems to ensure continuous functionality and performance standards across the Court building premises. Bidding is open to firms and companies registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and included on the Active Tax Payer List of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Bid documents containing detailed specifications, terms and conditions are available for download from the Supreme Court website at www.supremecourt.gov.pk. Prospective bidders must submit original hard bids along with bid earnest money equivalent to 2 percent of the total bid cost at the address specified in tender documents. The last date for submission of bids is 29 June 2025 until 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on 29 June 2026 at 11:30 AM.
