Description / Scope of Work
The National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS) invites sealed bids through PPRA E-PADS on a single-stage two-envelope basis for the installation and solarization of parking sheds at NUMS King Hamad Institute of Nursing and Associated Medical Sciences (KHINAMS), Park Road, Chak Shahzad, Islamabad in the Federal Territory. This procurement involves the structure and solarization of parking sheds at the aforementioned facility in Islamabad. Interested bidders must be well-reputed, experienced, and financially sound companies capable of executing this project to the required standards and specifications.
Intending bidders must possess a minimum of five years of relevant experience in the same field. Bidders are required to be registered with relevant tax authorities and must be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR or GST and Income Tax registration. Bid security equivalent to 2 percent of the total bid value in the form of a call deposit or bank draft in favor of NUMS must be submitted physically at NUMS alongside a scanned copy uploaded on PPRA E-PADS before the closing date. Bidders may obtain further information or clarification from the Procurement Directorate NUMS by submitting a Pay Order or Demand Draft of PKR 3,000 (non-refundable) in favor of NUMS during working hours. Technical and Financial Proposals shall be submitted separately, with technical proposals evaluated first.
The last date for bid submission is Wednesday, 8th July 2026 by 1000 hours. Technical proposals shall be opened on the same day after 1030 hours in the Conference Room, NUMS ATR, Adiyala Road opposite APS Humayun Road, Rawalpindi. All bids must be submitted through the PPRA E-PADS portal, and late, incomplete, or email-submitted bids will not be entertained. The bidding process is conducted through PPRA E-PADS, and NUMS reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel the tender in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004.
